What is the cohort size and summer schedule?
We select 2-4 fellows for an intensive 10-week hybrid fellowship that combines remote strategic work with in-person collaboration.
Who is eligible to apply?
The program is specifically designed for MBAs and undergraduate business students who are eager to expand their strategy skills. Having a background in non-profits or social impact is not a pre requisite.
What are the steps in the application process?
Applicants must complete an online interest form, followed by a resume submission, a short targeted essay, and a professional interview.
Is the fellowship paid?
Yes, all student fellows receive a competitive stipend for the duration of the 10-week program.
What kind of work will I perform?
Fellows lead mission-critical engagements with impact driven organizations, analyzing growth opportunities, evaluating programs, and developing strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Work includes research, financial and operational analysis, and presenting final strategy deliverables.
